Minimize all your open windows including this one
RIGHT CLICK on your desktop anywhere on an empty place
CHOOSE Properties (should be last choice on the list)
CLICK on SETTINGS TAB up in right hand corner
**In the SCREEN AREA slide the bar to the RIGHT until it says 1024 X 768
CLICK APPLY and then click OK
Your screen will flicker and may go black for a second or two
Click OK again where it asks you if you want to keep this setting
Close the window and open your browser back up.
You should now be viewing this site in a 1024 X 768 resolution :))
** NOTE: If your settings bar is grayed out, then you may not have a SUPER VGA MONITOR and may not be able to do this. But, most monitors today (unless they are really older) are capable of changing resolutions.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SCREEN RESOLUTION
There's always a lot of speculation and opinion on the many workings of computers. Even
though I am knowledgeable in computers, I can only offer you my own experience and that
of others I have worked with. The bottom line is, you, the actual computer user will have
to decide some things for your self after reading my information or anyone else's... what is
best for your individual needs, especially where there seems to be a "blurred line" or a "difference of opinion" and in many cases, it is just a personal choice.
In this article I examine the pros and cons of leaving a computer on all the time, verses turning it on when you want to use it. Opinions vary widely............even from the experts. .
Did you find this article helpful? This information is FREE, but I will graciously accept a donation if you feel the desire to do so...............any amount, no matter how small, will be welcome. There is no obligation to do so, but in the event that you do , I want to give my thanks in advance.
